About the Job
This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Efficiency Expert. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and operational capacity.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive warehouse strategy to optimise inventory management, streamline storage operations, and support business growth.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean principles to drive efficiencies and minimise waste across all warehouse processes.
Provide ongoing support, training, and development opportunities for warehouse personnel, preparing team members for future growth and internal mobility.
About You
We are looking for someone with 5 years experience in a relevant warehouse or distribution management role. The ideal candidate will have strong empathy to work effectively with employees at all levels, fostering positive relationships across diverse roles.
A meticulous approach to managing inventory, processes, and quality control is essential. A solid understanding and aptitude for Lean principles and a commitment to continuous improvement in warehouse operations are also required.
Familiarity with ERP systems, Lean methodologies like 5S and Kanban, and strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are necessary skills for this role.
Effective communication and high emotional intelligence are crucial for success in this position. We are a proactive, high-energy team and we look for individuals who can motivate others and maintain productivity.
