Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced senior advisor to lead complex projects and provide technical, operational and analytical advice. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement best practice across our performance and accountability products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate issues and concepts clearly and succinctly to meet the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in organisational performance measurement, reporting and accountability processes, including the development and production of key accountability documents such as our Statement of Intent, Quarterly and Annual Reports
  • Experience in incorporating data into impactful advice
  • The ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work to tight legislative deadlines
  • Great relationship management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels and work collaboratively
