Job Description: As a Lead Installer, you will spearhead the installation process for architectural millwork products, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Your role involves coordinating daily activities, guiding your team, and adhering to strict safety protocols.
You'll play a pivotal role in cementing our reputation as industry leaders, ensuring seamless execution of complex projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of skilled installers during millwork installations.
  • Thoroughly review project plans and specifications to guarantee precise installations and compliance with designs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trade specialists to coordinate installations and address any issues.
  • Maintain adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to confirm all installations meet our stringent quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain all necessary tools and equipment in good working order.
  • Provide excellent client service by communicating effectively, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar field; prior experience in architectural millwork installation is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding construction techniques.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to communicate challenges or obstacles.
  • Strong time management skills to navigate fast-paced environments.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lifting up to 50lbs, standing for extended periods (7+ hours), and working at varying heights.
