Millwork Supervisor

**Job Overview:** At South Shore Millwork Inc, we are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of architectural millwork products, ensuring that every project is completed on time and to our high standards.

**Responsibilities:**

• Manage a team of installers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation and adherence to design
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to schedule installations and resolve issues
• Conduct quality checks to guarantee that all installations meet our quality benchmarks
• Develop and implement processes to improve installation efficiency and productivity

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ Years experience in equivalent field, previous architectural millwork installation experience is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction techniques
