About the Team:

Our Quality & Compliance group ensures top-tier standards for commissioning, quality, and compliance across the grid. They collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve asset management goals and support equipment installation, commissioning, and de-commissioning.

The Role:

As Grid Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Transpower's compliance with industry standards and fostering a culture of quality. This dynamic position involves owning critical business systems, managing key performance indicators, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing grid owner obligations under the Electricity Industry Participation Code (EIPC)
  • Overseeing the management of Asset Capability Information (ACI) and Commissioning Activity Tracker (CAT) systems
  • Managing the provision of grid configuration and outage files for input into the FTR Market auction process

Requirements:

You will have a relevant background in quality, compliance, and standards, with a sound understanding of the electricity industry's nature and design. Your comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory environment within the electricity industry will underpin your proven experience in internal compliance, investigating power system events or asset management issues, and reporting.
