**Responsibilities:**

  1. Regularly review CCTV footage to detect and prevent potential threats
  2. Make yourself visible on the sales floor to foster a culture of security and respect
  3. Address customer concerns and questions in a friendly and professional manner
  4. Accurately document incidents on our crime reporting platform

**Requirements:**

  • Customer service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality, would be beneficial
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are paramount for this role
  • Ability to work for long periods without taking a break
  • Background in conflict resolution and crisis management would be advantageous
