Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Kenepuru has 3 operating theatres and an Advanced procedure Room. Specialties include Gynaecology, General, Opthalmology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, ENT, Urology, Dental, and Gastro and procedures. This role will provide leadership of the nursing team for mainly Opthalmology, General and Orthopaedics. The role will ensure effective theatre utilisation and efficient patient flow, overseeing surgical equipment and supplies for the theatre. A broad knowledge of policies and procedures will ensure the nursing team has the level of expert skills to provide high quality care.

Moū - About you
We are looking for a nursing leader who has a minimum of 5 years Operating Theatre experience. The Role requires effective problem solving skills with a strong customer focus. They must show sound nursing experience and knowledge and be able to motivate and direct others. The successful applicant will relate well to all kinds of people and be able to build constructive and effective relationships.
