The Director of Performance and Data will lead the development of a performance and data centre of excellence, providing stakeholders with data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

This leadership role requires someone with experience in driving change, building strong relationships, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal business groups to develop a performance and data centre of excellence
  • Work with external organizations to support police data utilization and ensure transparent reporting on key performance indicators
  • Develop and implement evidence-led data reporting models aligning with Police's goals and priorities
  • Oversee and maintain data and performance management frameworks
  • Build and lead a high-performing team

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead and create a positive workplace culture
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different groups at all levels
  • Experience in influencing, collaborating, and leveraging the capability of others to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex environment
  • Proven ability to understand Police data, integrity issues, and opportunities to rationalize Police's approach to data

Salary: $203,400 - $210,180 per annum, dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
