About The Role

This Senior Financial Operations Manager role will be responsible for optimising and delivering management accounting outcomes while also working closely with the Financial Controller to increase the financial performance of the organisation. Reporting to a great leader, you will be mentored by the best and given all the guidance to really build your commercial understanding.

You will partner with multiple business units to provide effective reporting and commercial support. Some of the main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Business partnering and providing financial guidance to BU leaders throughout the organisation.
  • Full month end responsibility, including the delivery of monthly P&L and variance analysis, providing insightful commentary for the monthly management reporting pack.
  • Delivery of monthly pipeline reporting.
  • Create, deliver, and maintain accurate, consistent, value-added management reporting/dashboards to division managers and senior leadership team.
  • Ensure all Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled.
  • Contribute to adhoc Finance team projects to drive continuous improvement efforts within the team/wider business.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who already has a good understanding of general accounting and is fully CA/CPA qualified. The role will suit someone who has at least a year's business partnering or management accounting type experience.

This is a collaborative and commercial role, so you will need to have exceptional people skills, be an excellent communicator, and have a passion for sitting down and collaborating with stakeholders. Above all, you will be a committed team player who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help the team as and when required.
