About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Administrator to join our Corporate & Finance group, bringing their expertise in customer-facing roles, research, and analysis to this challenging and rewarding position. As a key member of the Levy Administration team, you will be responsible for processing activities, technical decisions, and customer-focused initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and evaluating information from multiple sources, making informed decisions that meet our business customers' needs.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals, resolving complex issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, adapting to changing requirements, and staying up-to-date with new systems and processes.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the development of innovative solutions within the team.
