Corporate Assistant

We are seeking a Corporate Assistant to join our exclusive talent pool for temporary roles. As a Corporate Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our clients.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office suite. You will also have experience working in a similar role and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence and reports
- Handling confidential information and maintaining discretion
- Assisting in event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Diary Management and minutes experience
- Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information
- Flexibility to adapt to different industries and work environments
About the Role:
This is a temporary contract position with competitive hourly rates ranging from $55 to $65 per hour. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and have the right to live and work in Aotearoa New Zealand.
