About The Role
This senior leadership position requires a highly skilled individual to manage and mentor the team, focusing on staffing levels and office operations. The successful candidate will oversee training, support goal-setting, and collaborate with the Service Manager to meet team targets. Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail will be critical in achieving success in a fast-paced environment. While healthcare experience is beneficial, exceptional leadership and customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
Our ideal candidate will work closely with designated teams to maintain KPIs in line with contract requirements. They will assist administrators with daily/weekly data monitoring and task completion. The successful candidate will compile activity and quality reports for discussion with peers and Service Manager. They will monitor care pathways, liaise with Service Manager on operational matters, and participate in designing and reviewing standard operating procedures. Coordinating clinicians in relation to clinic dates and ensuring adequate clinics are available to maintain waiting lists are also key responsibilities.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate should be able to collate, present, and interpret data. They must be able to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets. Understanding of the NHS structure is essential, and experience in using patient management systems like Iaptus/Salesforce or similar is advantageous.
