What You Will Do:
The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the property. This role will oversee the management of the entire housekeeping operation, including supervising a team of housekeepers and maintaining accurate financial and inventory records. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a housekeeping team or similar operation and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the property.
  • SUPERVISE housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Manage the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in managing a housekeeping team or similar operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong eye for detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
