**The Role**: As a full-time Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of various commercial sites in Queenstown, including offices, cinemas, bars, and more. Your duties will include:

- Performing cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively in diverse environments
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times, especially when cleaning high-traffic areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors, to ensure they meet hygiene standards
- Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to remove dirt and debris
- Restocking supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Communicating with supervisors to address any cleaning issues promptly

**Qualifications**: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

- prefer 6 months' experience in commercial cleaning or a similar role
- Familiarity with cleaning products, implements, and equipment, including safe usage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions and follow through tasks
- Strong time management and punctuality skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy weights, bend, and reach
- must be able to get access to work sites which may scattered in greater Queenstown area, by yourself.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time, permanent role with guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week.
- Workers may be required to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- The hourly rate ranges from $23 to $30, depending on experience and qualifications.
