**The Role:**

As a Site Manager, you will effectively manage the project from conception to completion, reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will proactively manage the site, including multiple trades and sub-contractors, and feed project progress to your PM.

Maintain project documentation and support variations to ensure construction works are within programme and trades work to completion by due dates and contract obligations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Proactively manage the site, including multiple trades and sub-contractors.

• Maintain project documentation and support variations.

• Ensure quality is maintained, inspection of works, and rectification work managed.

**Requirements:**

You will be a hands-on Site Manager who can think on their feet and collaboratively problem solve.

Experience in a similar role managing a commercial construction site is essential.

You will have the ability to drive the construction programme while following best practices.

A strong knowledge of different construction methodologies and types of builds is required.

Up-to-date knowledge of building products and materials is necessary.

A proactive approach to H&S and quality management is crucial.

Ideal candidates will have exposure to Procore or Construction Management Software and MS Office suite.
