Job Description

The Department of Internal Affairs is embarking on a significant transformation journey to modernise its digital public services. As a Senior Leadership Role for Digital Government, you will be responsible for driving this change and ensuring the effective delivery of digital services to citizens.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the AoG Services Delivery Group, driving the development and implementation of digital strategies that meet the needs of citizens and stakeholders.
  2. Digital Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of a comprehensive suite of digital products and services, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and meet the needs of users.
  3. Partnerships: Foster strong partnerships with suppliers, stakeholders, and other government agencies to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
  4. Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective management of ICT infrastructure, service delivery, and operational processes, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
