About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Marketing and Communications Specialist, leading behavior change campaigns and communications for Wellington Water.

You will be responsible for delivering effective marketing and communications campaigns and activities that raise awareness, educate, and drive public behavior change.

This includes delivering paid and organic campaign activities and supporting the management of our digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behaviour change marketing campaigns that achieve key performance indicatorsSupport the communications and engagement team to increase awareness about how the Wellington water network worksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall business objectives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or media or ideally 3+ years of experience in a communications or marketing roleExperience in delivering and implementing behaviour change marketing campaignsStrong digital skillsAbility to write for a range of channels, both digital and hard copyExcellent written and oral communication skills
