Job Summary
The Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Emergency Department Registrar. This is an excellent opportunity for a medical professional to gain advanced training in emergency medicine and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert medical care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Participate in educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge in emergency medicine
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow

Requirements
- Eligibility for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Minimum of two years post-graduate experience in emergency medicine or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
