Patient mix is broad and a full range of trauma, medical, surgical, paediatric and minor presentations seen on a regular basisSenior support is excellent, with one of the highest Consultant to Registrar ratios in the country.
Registrars work on average approximately four days per weekOur ideal candidate will have:Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
You can check your eligibility for registration by visiting the Council's website at www.mcnz.org.nzA minimum of two years post-graduate and want to gain ED experience or advance a career in Emergency Medicine.It is a requirement of the Medical Council of New Zealand that your qualifications are approved through EPIC.
