**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and executing all activity 'on brand' and within PepsiCo guidelines
  • Working closely with internal teams on marketing activities such as sampling, NPD launches, events, BTL promotions, trade shows, and promotional development
  • Developing sales driving initiatives, flavour rotation, core product evolution, and NPD in conjunction with the Marketing Manager
  • Optimizing marketing spend and managing DMO spend
  • Executing flawlessly any PPA initiatives across CSD portfolio with particular focus on grocery for large format and AFH for small format CSD

The successful candidate will have experience in FMCG, a strong understanding of brand equity, positioning, and communication, and commercial acumen.
