About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Finance and Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial management, compliance, and administrative functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and monitor operating expenses, budgets, and financial forecasts in collaboration with WAM and HAC Directors.
  2. Manage cash flow, approve and reconcile payments, prepare invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  3. Oversee accounts payable, including requisitions, purchase orders, banking, staff reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations.
  4. Ensure all financial activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A highly organized individual with the ability to work unsupervised on key tasks.
  • Solid business financial management skills and experience with Xero or similar database software.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to change quickly.
