Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute high-impact test plans that address complex business and technical challenges
  • Build and enhance cutting-edge test automation frameworks, driving an automation-first mindset
  • Lead improvements, influence best practices, and drive innovation across FSNI's QA Practice
  • Identify and resolve defects, optimize test environments, and proactively ensure flawless product releases

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mobile testing, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and test automation frameworks like Playwright, Appium, Cucumber/BDD, or Postman
  • Comfortable with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiar with CI/CD tools like Bamboo, GitHub, and Bitbucket
  • A strong understanding of defect management, software failures, and troubleshooting across squads and business units
  • The ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, explain complex integrations, and advocate for quality-focused solutions
  • Skilled in integration testing, test data management, and knowledge sharing to drive best practices
