**Job Title:** Technical Quality Assurance Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Technical QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing, implementing, and maintaining testing strategies and tools.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing of our software products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design and implement performance testing strategies to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Mentor and coach other team members on testing best practices and new technologies.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
