**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing, implementing, and maintaining testing strategies and tools.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing of our software products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design and implement performance testing strategies to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Mentor and coach other team members on testing best practices and new technologies.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
