This is an exciting time to be part of our journey. As a Risk Partner, you will work closely with the business to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies. Your accountability includes partnering with the business to minimize risks such as operational, product, conduct, and reputational risks.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Establishing, maintaining, and improving risk management capabilities across various business areas
  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify emerging risks and inform them on external factors
  • Providing data analysis, visual reporting, and governance/assurance report writing skills

You will have the opportunity to work across all business areas, with a particular focus on supporting Customer Growth (Sales & Marketing). This role requires 7+ years of operational risk management experience at a senior level, including experience in embedding Risk Management and Compliance practices.

About You:

  • Strong issue diagnosis/root cause/problem solving skills
  • Practical understanding of regulatory, compliance, and legal environments
  • Superb communication skills and ability to convey messages effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders
