About the Role

As a Senior Risk Governance Lead, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the group insurance risk framework, related group policies, and governance documentation. You will ensure effective insurance risk management across the group, spearheading the development and review of these frameworks and policies. Your expertise will also be essential in committee and board reporting meetings, where you will play a key role in fostering an insurance risk culture that aligns with our values and strategic goals.

Requirements

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

  • Extensive experience in General Insurance (both commercial and personal lines)
  • Proven expertise in developing, managing, and assuring risk frameworks
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional insurance qualification
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and forward planning
