Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on either days or night shifts. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for accurately assessing the needs of residents, administering medication, and maintaining their care plans. Your key duties will include:
">- Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
- Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
- Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other health care professionals.
- Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
">- Proven experience of working in a care setting.
- A good team player.
- Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
- Able to show a can-do attitude always.
