The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with experience in managing documents, coordinating office tasks, and providing exceptional support to the CEO and wider team. This part-time role involves working 20 hours per week, with flexibility around hours, spread over four days.

The key areas of responsibility include:

  • Managing property management documentation and coordination
  • Processing payments and reconciliations
  • Office management, including preparation of board papers and minute-taking for board meetings
  • Data entry, document creation, tracking, and filing
