We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Team Coach (TC). As a TC, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing direct care for our young people in community settings.
  • Supporting staff to provide exceptional care and fostering innovation and improvement of service.
  • Leading and supporting staff to achieve their best in everything they do.

About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the wellbeing of our young people and has experience working in mental health. You should have relevant qualifications and skills, including leadership experience and HPCA clinical registration. If you are a motivated and inspirational leader who can make a positive impact on our team, we would love to hear from you.
