About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team at Alfa Laval Corporate Ab. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating updates across projects, including changes to suppliers and designs;
  • Making item requirements on continuation/copy orders and vessel 2-5;
  • Scheduling and following up on approval processes with class societies;
  • Supporting engineers in creating new supporting tools and work descriptions;
  • Assisting project engineers with various tasks and coordinating collaboration between engineers and factory teams;

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be active, systematic, and structured in your work, and be able to coordinate between different stakeholders.

What You Know

Your educational background could be technical or administrative, and previous experience as an administrator, project support, or engineering assistant is beneficial. You should be skilled in using ERP systems, such as Axapta, and have good general IT skills. Additionally, you should be open to changes, flexible, and positive in your approach.
