The Role of a Rentals Assistant is crucial to our guests' overall experience. We are seeking a highly customer-focused individual to join our team.

As a Rentals Assistant, you will be responsible for providing our guests with a seamless service by assisting them onto the snow in suitably fitted snowsports rental equipment.

About the Role
  • Greeting guests to the Rentals department and providing service with friendliness
  • Fitting boots, skis, snowboards, clothing, helmets, wrist guards, and poles safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring all rental items have been checked in accordance with all health and safety and set up requirements
  • Doing basic repair work on snowboard bindings, boots, etc.
  • Maintaining a tidy work area
  • Conducting stocktakes
  • Reporting any new arising hazards or work incidents and injuries

Our staff are an important part of our mountain's personalities and help us deliver on our purpose. You will need to have strong teamwork skills and experience in frontline customer service.
