We are seeking an experienced Rental Operations Team Leader to join our team at Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, and Mt Hutt. As a key member of our mountain crew, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless service experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a team of Rental Assistants to provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the department, covering shifts as required
  • Supervise the Rentals Team on the floor and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Identify areas for improvement in the guest journey through the rentals process
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum of 1 year prior experience in rental operations
  • Proven 2 years prior experience in leading, motivating, and inspiring a team
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work unsupervised, and manage your own time
  • Highly customer-focused with the ability to adapt to the demands of the business
