In addition, you will be involved in preparing and reviewing financial reports, managing cash flow, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable: Accurate processing of weekly payment batches.
  • Accurate and Timely Vendor Recons: Oversight and review of accounts payable invoices captured by finance clerks.
  • Bank and Cashbook: Accurate processing of bank statements (weekly).
  • Fixed Asset Management: Accurate processing of fixed asset acquisitions and disposals.
  • Inventory Management: Inventory counts/adjustments/recons.
  • Month End Close: Processing of accounting entries for month end close up to trial balance.
