About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist in implementing brand plans for New Zealand.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organizing skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • They will also be able to influence and create partner consensus, and have experience in handling external agencies.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in implementing brand plans for New Zealand.
  • Track and evaluate brand performance against important metrics.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities.
  • Contribute to the deployment of brand campaigns.
  • Assist in new product launches and lead NPI process.
  • Handle external agencies to meet quality expectations.
  • Maintain local brand and campaign cycle plans.
  • Develop communication content for internal and external presentations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in a portfolio management or activation role in FMCG industry.
  • Ability to influence and create partner consensus.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Analytical skills for supervising and evaluating performance.
  • Experience in handling external agencies.
  • Proficiency in budget and PO tracking.
