Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Administrator to join our global marketing team at ZURU Toys. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth implementation of our global marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance of our asset management system for assigned brands.
  • Manage the flow and allocation of assets as they are created and developed.
  • Assist with product copy writing, proofing, and uploading.
  • Maintain global marketing and product QR codes.
  • Support photography shoots in NZ, including product coordination and talent management.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
