At Flo & Frankie, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us connect with our audience in innovative and impactful ways.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Schedule and maintain engaging social media posts on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Write on-brand captions and optimise posts using hashtags, tagging, posting at peak times and reporting on top performers.
  • Collaborate with influencers to promote Flo & Frankie within budget and maintain strong relationships.
  • Create visually stunning EDMs for NZ and AUS audiences, highlighting key stock items and reporting on performance.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Assist with events such as store openings, sales, and VIP gatherings.
  • Stay ahead of fashion and marketing trends to keep Flo & Frankie competitive and relevant.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing.
  • 2+ years' experience in a Marketing role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Proficiency in Email Marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience ideal).
  • Strong copywriting skills and confidence with design tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Experience with social scheduling tools like Latergram or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fun, engaging interpersonal skills and a knack for building relationships.
  • Networking abilities to expand brand connections.
