Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to proactively manage the General Insurance portfolio to drive retention and growth. This involves up selling and cross selling general insurance to existing clients who already have wealth protection and legacy products. You will also be responsible for making outbound call campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
