About the Role:
This mid-senior level position plays a critical role in growing our business through effective broker engagement, new business leads, and retention strategies. As an experienced Underwriting Development Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with brokers, contributing to sales and marketing decision-making processes, and quoting new business while maintaining underwriting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Broker engagement, training, and presentations

The Ideal Candidate:
You are a personable professional with five years of general insurance experience or relevant sales experience. A flexible candidate who can adapt to our hybrid work environment is preferred. The location of this role is flexible but ideally based in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, or Christchurch.
