Role Overview:

  • Support the ICT Planning & Investment Team with administrative tasks
  • Manage logistics for meetings, events, and conferences
  • Take minutes and action items from meetings, and follow up on tasks
  • Perform data entry and file management duties
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and other departments within ICT

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A current NZ Driver License and NZ residency

About This Role

This position is based in the Wellington Region and requires the ability to work in multiple locations as needed. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
