As a key member of the People Experience team, you will play a vital role in shaping the culture and leadership framework within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Embedding leadership development approaches to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing
- Implementing active listening strategies to improve employee experience
- Designing and delivering enterprise-level learning programmes
- Re-establishing the Ministry Awards programme to promote excellence and achievement
You will work closely with stakeholders to manage projects and events, ensuring successful outcomes that align with our organisational goals.
Requirements- Extensive experience in organisational culture, leadership, and/or learning programmes
- Experience with employee experience surveys, including design, analysis, debrief, and action planning
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and understanding of te ao Maori, te Reo me ona tikanga Maori
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as stakeholder management skills
