Job Description

We're seeking a highly experienced Brand Manager to lead our Marketing team in Auckland. As the representative of iconic NZ coffee brand, Jeds, you will develop and implement a winning strategy for the brand.

You will be responsible for managing all marketing activities, including advertising creative and media planning, BTL activation & brand experiences, packaging, innovation projects and NPDs. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with local media and brand agencies, manage ESG initiatives from sourcing to local charity partnership, and understand brand performance through key metrics such as sales volumes, market share trends and competitor activity.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing.
  • 7+ years previous experience in Brand Manager roles, ideally for other well-known brands within FMCG.
  • Proven experience in delivering successful brand and category strategies.
  • A passion for coffee and connection to our brands.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – both internal and external.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of projects and tasks at the same time.
