Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reporting and Data Insights Analyst to join our team at North Power Nz. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and other tools.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop targeted insights.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve data literacy across the organisation.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, and data visualization.
  • Strong data modeling experience (Power Query and Star Schema should be familiar to you).
  • Proficiency in SQL and cloud services (Azure or AWS).
  • A degree in Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • The ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear terms.
