**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to drive business growth and success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the corporate accounting function, including profit and loss reporting, balance sheet, reconciliations, cash flow management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Collaborate with the investment management team to deliver insights and drive robust financial control activities.
- Prepare GST, FBT, Payroll, and Corporate Income tax returns.
- Manage the outsourced fund administrator and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Requirements:**
- CA/CPA qualified with proven capability in financial accounting and reporting.
- Sound technical ability and knowledge.
- Experience working in a financial control role for a corporate in funds management is ideal.
- Manager-level experience in a chartered firm with funds management knowledge is encouraged.
