Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Multimedia Journalist to join our team as an In-Depth Reporter. This is a 12-month fixed term contract that requires a strong background in journalism, with experience in creating engaging content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and deliver high-quality content for TVNZ's digital platforms, including TVNZ+ and 1News.co.nz.
  • To collaborate with the newsroom team to achieve editorial and content excellence.
  • To create innovative, in-depth, and balanced stories using video and text formats.
  • To utilize technical processes to get content onto TVNZ+ and other platforms.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism or related field.
  • Strong reporting and research experience across multiple mediums.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling stories and packages for digital audiences.
  • Show reel showcasing storytelling skills.
