Acc New Zealand is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead its Property team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large commercial property portfolio, ensuring that facilities are safe, secure, efficient to operate, compliant, and pleasant to work in/visit. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve these goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of risk, legal, and financial aspects of property, as well as excellent communication skills. They will be able to develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management processes and drive high performance in a collaborative environment.

This is a permanent role based in Wellington, offering a base salary range of $117,787-$166,288, 9% superannuation on top of base salary, and a range of benefits including wellness and employee discount programs.
