Acc New Zealand seeks a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to oversee the management of its nationwide property portfolio. As a key member of the Property team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team that efficiently and effectively manages ACC's facilities and vehicle fleet.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of facilities management principles and experience in managing large commercial property portfolios within corporate or government environments. You will possess excellent interpersonal, relationship building, networking, and stakeholder management skills, as well as leadership experience and a natural curiosity for identifying better ways of working.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating optimal use of property assets, overseeing the presentation of the property portfolio, and developing a planned preventative maintenance program. You will also engage with Enterprise leaders and other key stakeholders across Acc New Zealand and externally, providing technical advice and solutions.

This is a permanent role based in Wellington, offering a base salary range of $117,787-$166,288, 9% superannuation on top of base salary, and a range of benefits including wellness and employee discount programs.
