**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for enhancing football management and operations, building the capacities of football stakeholders, and making a lasting impact across Oceania.

As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage the MA Services team, ensuring the effective delivery of our programs and activities, including capacity-building initiatives in football management. Your leadership and experience will be instrumental in driving the professionalization of football management and operations throughout the region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, managing, and evaluating capacity-building and development programs, particularly in football management and corporate governance with a focus on delivering impactful results.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in leading high-performing teams.
  2. Demonstrated ability to build and manage networks of experts in football or sports leadership, corporate management, and operations.
  3. A strong understanding of Member Associations' structures and operations, as well as regional and international football structures.
  4. Experience in managing funding programs for stakeholders, including risk management and financial controls.
  5. Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally respecting diversity and understanding the needs of others.

Benefits:

  • An annual salary of between $120,000 and $140,000.
  • Working hours usually being 40 hours each week, with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours each week.
  • We offer all our permanent employees the flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home 2 days per week.
