**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Electoral Project Lead to join our team in Voting Services. As a key member of our team, you will lead projects and streams of work in a fast-paced environment subject to high levels of public and political scrutiny.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensuring delivery against project milestones in accordance with project schedules and plans.
  • Engaging with field subject matter experts to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and developing appropriate documentation to enable a decision to be made.
  • Managing the procurement of the required goods or services.
  • Managing the relationships, delivery, and performance of 3rd party vendors.
  • Ensuring that the security and integrity of the electoral process is maintained.
