Service Technician Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our Masterton team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of agricultural equipment, including John Deere, Lemken, and Kramer machines. You will also participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on agricultural equipment
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues using advanced diagnostic techniques
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Trade qualification or currently apprenticed in this Trade
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
