We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Ross Home in Dunedin. As a Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
This is a Permanent Part-time position working 30 hours per week. Your main responsibilities will include assisting residents with their daily needs, such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes and general care duties.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be empathetic, compassionate and patient, with excellent communication skills. Experience in an aged care environment is preferred, but not essential.
